Sofiia Yanush

Sofiia is an artist from Ukraine, now based in Philadelphia. She has been painting for more than 15 years. She teaches painting and drawing for both children and adults, and she also organizes art lessons, creative workshops, outdoor art picnics, and face painting. She always brings a creative approach to everything she does, helping others discover the beauty of art. In her personal practice, she creates expressionist paintings, blending emotions and colors to capture the depth of the inner world.

Sofiia graduated from a 7-year Art Academy in Ukraine. Additionally, she completed courses in photography, anatomy and drawing, as well as training in interior and landscape design.

Her paintings are created in a style that combines contemporary expressionism and surrealism, with pronounced elements of neo- and figurative art. They are painted in acrylic.
