Denis is a Brooklyn based street artist. Being a graffiti kid in Russia led OUCH to be the artist he is now. Completely self taught , he gained international acclaim for his elegantly thought provoking large scale murals. In early 2010s, after printing and selling his 8th thousand T-shirt, OUCH expanded efforts onto works on paper and canvas.
Murals by OUCH can be found in Brooklyn, New York, Wynwood, Miami, Florida, Los Angeles, Detroit, Tel Aviv, Israel. OUCH’s works are included in various international public and private collections, most notably, in private collections of Miley Syrus , Diane von Furstenberg and Billy Giibbons, ZZ Top. OUCH’s work Money Pedestal for Liberty was included in the fundraiser for The Statue of Liberty Museum, which opened in 2019.
An avid ally and believer in equality and human rights. OUCH congratulates the long awaited freedom to be openly and honestly themselves (legalisation of gay marriage) and RECOGNISES the pain of LGBT community that is still brought upon many individuals, globally.
